Our founder, Jean Gomes, led the pioneering boutique leadership consultancy, DPA for over 30 years and founded and led the global arm of The Energy Project, fundamentally changing how organisations such as Google, Facebook and Sony understood wellbeing. Today, he leads our thought leadership, research, and product development.
